What is the minimum order?

Are the materials and finishes food-safe?
Stated plainly per product: bamboo disposables are untreated beyond drying; lacquered reusables use food-safe lacquer sealed over the engraving; composite sticks are food-grade fibreglass. What touches food is named on the spec, always.
Disposable or reusable for my restaurant?
Both, usually: bamboo disposables for takeout by the case, engraved lacquered or composite pairs for dine-in tables — chosen by your dish pit’s temperament, with wash-cycle expectations stated per material. We sell each service what it needs.
What can be printed or engraved?
Sleeves take full-colour print — the most-handled ten square inches of branding you own. Sticks take engraving: the house name, a pattern band, or names and a date on favour sets, checked against your written spelling before cutting.
Do favour sets carry wedding dates?
They are the point: names and the date engraved on the pair, sleeves or boxes matched to your stationery suite, sorted by table when the seating chart calls for it. The only numbers that never appear anywhere are prices.
How do programmes and reorders work?
Your stick spec, sleeve art and kit configuration live on file; restocks are paced to your real case-count burn rate and land before the shelf empties; chains add locations against the same file; seasonal sleeve art swaps in without touching the sticks.
