About

We make the two seconds before the meal.

Customized Chopsticks makes splinter-free bamboo disposables, printed sleeves, engraved reusables, wedding favour sets, coordinated table programmes and wholesale runs.

Custom printed chopsticks with logo

Every pair of chopsticks gets one audition, and it happens before the food arrives: the pull. Clean and crisp, and the kitchen seems careful; splintered and crooked, and the review has started early.

We build for those two seconds — and for the ten square inches of printed sleeve the customer reads while they wait, which is the most-handled branding a restaurant owns.

It is a small product. It is not a small decision.

Why we exist

Chopsticks fail intimately: the splinter someone checks with their tongue, the crooked split apologised for at the table, the sleeve so generic it advertises indifference, the Friday-night stockout.

Every one is a process or calendar failure, decided upstream — and deciding them properly is the entire company.

The split is manufacturing

A clean pull comes from straight-grain bamboo selection, kiln drying to the moisture level where the break is crisp, and a milled bridge that fails exactly where it should.

Splinter-free is a case-level claim we stand behind — not an adjective on a label.

The sleeve earns its slot

The sleeve is read from ten inches away by a person with empty hands and a few minutes — the highest-attention print slot in the restaurant.

We design for its odd tall format, print on food-adjacent stock that survives steam and sauce, and sleeve the pairs in-plant so they arrive table-ready.

Reusables answer to the dish pit

Dine-in pairs are engineering: lacquered hardwood engraved before finishing so the mark outlives the washes, or fibreglass composite for operations whose dishwashers take no prisoners.

Wash-cycle expectations are stated per material, and the dish pit — not the catalogue — chooses.

Favours that get used

An engraved pair with two names and a date goes home, joins the kitchen drawer, and reappears at dinner for years.

Names are checked against written spelling before cutting, sleeves match the stationery suite, and delivery sorts by table when the chart demands.

The table is one decision

Sticks, sleeves, rests and takeout kits specified together read as a restaurant that knows itself; bought separately, they drift.

The takeout kit especially: it is the dine-in table’s ambassador, and it should feel like the same establishment.

Consumption has a rhythm

A restaurant’s case count per week is a knowable number, which makes the Friday stockout a preventable one.

Programmes hold the spec, pace restocks to real burn rates, and land them before the shelf is bare — chopsticks become a solved problem.

What we will talk you out of

Wood reusables into a brutal dish pit. A generic afterthought sleeve in the best print slot you own. Favour engraving ordered two weeks before the wedding. And any claim about food-safety that isn’t named on a spec sheet.

Each refusal costs us an order occasionally and a table’s trust never.
